Pumpkin Seeds
Pumpkin Seeds are not only for the fall! Instead of munching on a greasy bag of potato chips, try roasting pumpkin seeds. There are actually a ton of health benefits! Pumpkin seeds include tons of zinc for added immune support to boost your health! They are quick and easy!
- After removing pumpkin seeds, rinse with water in a colander and wipe them off with paper towel.
- Soak the seeds in lemon water for a few hours.
- Place seeds in a single layer on a cookie sheet, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and salt.
- Roast at 300°F for 20-25 minutes, stirring in between until light brown and crispy.
- Enjoy!
