Pumpkin Seeds
 

Pumpkin Seeds are not only for the fall!  Instead of munching on a greasy bag of potato chips, try roasting pumpkin seeds.  There are actually a ton of health benefits!  Pumpkin seeds include tons of zinc for added immune support to boost your health!  They are quick and easy! 

 

  1. After removing pumpkin seeds, rinse with water in a colander and wipe them off with paper towel.
  2. Soak the seeds in lemon water for a few hours.
  3. Place seeds in a single layer on a cookie sheet, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and salt.
  4. Roast at 300°F for 20-25 minutes, stirring in between until light brown and crispy.
  5. Enjoy!
